PackPricer compares your current packaging prices against verified pricing from 90+ North American suppliers. You enter your packaging specs (type, quantity, dimensions, print type) and your current price — we instantly show you how it compares to market rates and how much you could save annually.

What packaging types does PackPricer support?
We support corrugated boxes, mailer boxes, rigid boxes, poly mailers, tubes, bottles, jars, pails, flexible pouches, and clamshells. More formats are added regularly.
How accurate are the benchmarks?
Our market rate database is built from verified pricing across 90+ packaging suppliers in North America (United States and Canada). Rates are updated quarterly to reflect current market conditions.

Is there a free trial?
The Free plan lets you run 1 benchmark per month forever — no credit card required. Paid plans do not currently offer a trial period, but you can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel your subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. We do not accept PayPal or bank transfers at this time.
SKUs & Benchmarks
What is a SKU in PackPricer?
A SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a saved packaging item in your account. Each SKU stores your specs, current price, benchmark result, and can be configured for price drop alerts.
How do I add a SKU?
Click "Add SKU" on the My SKUs page, or run a benchmark at /benchmark and check "Save to my SKUs" when you see the result.
What does "overpayment %" mean?
Overpayment % is how much more you're paying compared to the fair market rate midpoint. For example, 25% overpayment means your current price is 25% above what comparable buyers are paying.
What is the annual savings estimate?
Annual savings is calculated as: (current price − fair market midpoint) × annual order quantity. It shows the total dollar amount you could save per year if you negotiated to the market rate.
Negotiation & Suppliers
How does the AI Negotiation Coach work?
Enter your SKU details and current supplier quote. Our AI generates a professional, data-backed negotiation email or script tailored to your situation, referencing market benchmarks and alternative suppliers to strengthen your position.
Are the supplier matches real companies?
Yes. Supplier matches are real packaging manufacturers and distributors curated by our team. We include their specialties, minimum order quantities, and website links so you can contact them directly.
What is an RFQ?
An RFQ (Request for Quotation) is a formal document you send to suppliers asking for their best price. PackPricer generates a professional RFQ pre-filled with your specs that you can send directly to multiple suppliers.
Price Alerts
How do price alerts work?
Enable alerts on any SKU and set a target price. We monitor market rates and notify you by email when the benchmark rate drops to or below your target price — ideal timing to renegotiate.
How often are price alerts checked?
Price alerts are checked weekly against our updated market rate database.
